My entry clearance application process was done by JEIN Solicitors. Tiny and Mr Yusry efficiently dealt with my application. They directed me throughout. They assisted me in obtaining UK Naric comparison Certificate to submission of application.... paying the fee... booking the appointment with TLS contact centre .. etc. I am impressed by the professional service of the team. I am very grateful to Jein Solicitors.

Since 2005 I came to england i was illegal. My asylum case refused. Jein submitted further submission on behalf of me. I went to Liverpool to handover. They refused after two years. Jein fought for me. Won the appeal. Retained great barrister for me. I got indefinite leave to remain because they fought under legacy scheme for long term asylum seeker. Because of the mistake of home Office my barrister argued on outstanding asylum ground. My solicitor made very good grounds and witness statement. Honorable judge appreciated my Solicitor’s excellent service. I am happy ????

Fathima and the team including Anu and Mr Omar did a great teamwork and won my appeal. I have got permanent residence now. I will use their service to bring my kids from back home. I must praise the barrister Me Reuben Solomon- who was instructed by Fathima is Very sensible. He is a fighter. I got the best service by Jein Solicitors. Any immigration issue- they have a solution.

Reasonable cost. Quick! Amazing service ! Fathima and her staff did a wonderful job. My ex gave me a hard time by not responding to the b petition. And not allowing me having contacts with my kids. They involved a good process servers to serve the documents and a good counsel. I’m glad that I have got all sorted by their best efforts. Join solicitors are best in town.

Their fees are very reasonable and affordable. Mrs. Fathima give an option to pay fees in installments, which is manageable. Definitely will not recommend to anyone. These people con you! Do not expect professional services from this firm. They have acted illegally and not to SRA standards which I have proof of and will be escalating. This firm should be stuck off. They behave in such an unprofessional manner. I would rate them absolutely nothing! Very disappointed.

Worst solicitors you could find in the UK. Beware. Wasted a lot of money on a straight forward dependent visa. You will loose your respect. People working there are soo rude especially Fathima and her husband. His husband is soo new to this country and he doesn't have a clue about the uk visa system and handles cases on visa processing. They forwarded all my documents to Sheffield address which has to be submitted in my country (in spite of me insisting that it should be submitted in my country). And they never regretted about it and replied back soo rude and refused to pay my money back.

Every time you book appointment and wait for hours to meet them since they will be busy on their own personal work and they dont give a damn about the customer service.

Please stay away from these scammers to save your money and respect.

Instead you can go to immigration board for uk visa and you can get some genuine people who can help you with their experience for free.

Excellent. But a bit waiting. Which i have noticed they have improved on. I have already recommend them and Will continue to do so.
Reasonable charges compared to my representatives.
I got positive response as soon as they interviewed. I am relax because i didn't have thousands of outstanding to pay. Unlike my past experience.

I was waiting for the past 12 months. JEIN Solicitors did my appeal. My appeal has been allowed at the Tribunal. I’m waiting to join my wife soon. Neons are experts in immigration!! I went to them through her former client’s recommendation!!

Keep away. Save your time and money. Most rude and disrespectful person I have see. the whole bunch doesnt know anything about any law. Never on time for an appointment. you will have to wait hours till she finish her shopping. mainly wouldn't do anything to win your case only after money. My advice is please keep away.

I dint have an choice so I chose one star. but wont give any stars.

I claimed asylum because of the death threats and persecution in Afghanistan. Home office refused. I appealed.
Jein solicitors - I instructed. They doc my Appeal A to Z .
I was successful. Home office appealed once more. But the judge did not find an error st the Upper Tribunal. Good work. Good case preparation. My solicitors did very well.
I got refugee status.
I’m happy. No fear. No problem.

My wife arrived in uk on the 28th of July. She was initially refused leave to enter from Sri Lanka . Appeal also did not work . She was banned for ten years stating she used deception .
I had to travel back and forth and spent a lot of money . Our child was born in Sri Lanka.
Jein solicitors successfully applied for British passport and my wife’s entry clearance. I thought the ten year ban will seriously affect . They prepared the file in an excellent way. Within two months they granted her a visa . Jein solicitors is simply amazing !

My Family member Resident permit application was refused .
Jein solicitors appealed on my behalf. It was a three year legal battle. In between I the judgment of Sala severely affected the basis of my case. JEIN did not give up! They prepared my trial bundle perfectly. The judge was impressed by the way they presented my case. Witness statements they prepared on my behalf was amazing.
Fee was reasonable.
They hired a great counsel for me.
My appeal was allowed. I’ll recommend the firm.

My ex was difficult in allowing me to see my children. My child contact application was made by my solicitors- best ever solicitors- Jein solicitors. My ex contested the case. I had to attend courts few times. I was always provided the best possible service . They met all my deadlines. Without the help of Jein I would not have had child contacts. I’m seeing my kids unsupervised.... despite my ex wife’s false allegations... thanks to ms Fathima and the team for the professional service ... support..

I have been residing in the UK for the past 13 years. In the last 5 years I actually struggled without a valid visa. I was referred to Miss. Fathima Jein by one of my friends. She appealed against the Home Office decision. I won the appeal. Home Office gave me a tough time. I had to go for another hearing. I got Discretionary leave. Last month, Jein Solicitors applied for indefinite leave to remain for me based on my ten year stay. I am happy that I got ILR at premium service.
I will recommend Ms. Fathima, Jein Solicitors and the team.

They waste your time and very bad principles, also they never see you on the time. No visa status is a struggle in UK.
I struggled throughout. I spent thousands of pounds on fake solicitors , so called immigration Advisors, legal reps.
I met Ms Jein last year. She knows what she’s doing . I’m impressed.
I handed my case which was messed up by my former lawyers. Ms Fathima Jein has hands on experience in immigration area of law. I got my visa last week. I’m travelling back home for Easter after 17 years. I’ll defini recommend my friends and family.

This is the worst ever solicitor. Please don't waste your time. They don't know the current rules of UK. They misguided me in my visa application. Solicitors husband is from Srilanka just came to UK few years back and he deals the cases. Uneducated bunch of people. They treat clients so bad. They don't respect you. You will waste your money and respect if you go there.

i wouldnt even give them a 1 star but have no choice. awful solicitors, all about the money and no quality, never sent paperwork of and lost passport and marriage certificate, took over 2.7 years to sort simple case, missed deadlines, staff unqualified and rude, never answer phones, they talk your private case infront of everyone. STAY AWAY I URGE YOU and find a better solicitors or better still do yourself as you are more qualified than this company

My immigration was messed up by my previous solicitors. I then transferred my file from my previous solicitors Theva and Co who made a wrong application. When I transferred my file from my Previous lawyers, I thought my case was hopeless. Jein Solicitors won my Judicial review.

They are the worst solicitors ever!!!! When I first went there, I had to wait for hours to talk to them. Then they gave me the wrong advise and made me fill the wrong application. This application was destined for me to get refusal. When I got refusal I told them on the refusal letter it says it's the wrong application and for that they told me to ignore it. They gave me rubbish advise and just wanted money for doing everything wrong!!! After getting advise from another solicitor I found out that they did everything wrong. This jein solicitor is extremely rude and I advise anyone not to go there. For them money is what is important. If you don't have enough money to pay on that day, they are willing to take gold jewellery. They don't have any humanity. Wish I could give minus stars instead of 1

The worst solicitor i have ever met. Very rude to her clients shouts and speaks very disrespectfully to client's. Only money oriented and no service. Never cares about clients, updates about refusal at her convenient time could be even after a month when a immigration officer will be out of your house to arrest you.

This is the worst!!! First of all everytime u go in for Ana ppointment to talk to Fatima, u have to wait for hours and I literally mean hours, this is no joke. Then when u do finally get the chance to speak to her she is of no help whatsoever and will be in a rush to get u out. Thirdly very poor communication, they take butloads of money and in return u get nothing but have to do everything itself for ur own case. So basically we could've just saved all that money and still won the case, because we literally did EVERYTHING ourselves. And even after the case we kept having to call them to ask if the outcome, instead of them calling us, thy will call us 2 weeks after they have already received the outcome. THEY ARE RUBBISH! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!
