Excellent advice/service from friendly helpful solicitor. Put everything in plain terms, and I was kept updated of progress of the issue. Have used this firm before, and recommended to friends who have also found the solicitors extremely helpful.

Would never use this firm again, total lack of information on progress of property purchase. When you telephoned there was nobody availble to give updates, promised several call backs never got any, called into practice at least 4 times again only information you could get from receptionist was awaiting paperwork from other parties solicitor and will be able to exchange next week. The following week you would be told the same and the following week, until you feel in utter dispair . Total disregard for client and very unproffesional attitude. House moving is stressful enough without being charged neary £500 for 2 letters and being treated like an irrelevance. I have moved several times before and have never wittnessed such inept service and contempt for client information and timescales for exchange date .

Having recieved a letter asking for mediation during a divorce, I spent 9 weeks trying to speak to someone at Jestyn Jeffreys to arrange the same, they didn't once get back to me. They claimed to have have sent docments to myself and my solicitors when they had not done so. They gave undertaking that they broke. All this is apparently acceptable behaviour for solicitors - but it is no reason for this review to be removed - as what I have written is factual and can be proved by overwhelming evidence.
