This firm is THE WORST solicitors I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Hideously slow and inefficient. Communication skills are non-existent. Incredibly unprofessional. An absolute shambles. Dealing with this firm has been a truly painful experience. Getting any kind of update or clarity on issues raised was impossible - They wouldn’t even answer my solicitor’s calls. We were told things were progressing and days and weeks would go by until we realised these were untrue and nothing had progressed at all, for months. It took two weeks for this firm to check if a one-page document was correct! Eventually, the transaction took so long that the other party pulled out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
