DO NOT USE!!! I would give 0 stars if possible!!!
I spoke to an extremely rude women who claimed to be a solicitor.
I was seeking advice for my son whose ex partner is refusing him access to his children.
I was told due to COVID-19 his ex was well with in his right to stop access, if she was a solicitor as stated she would have surely known that the Government has said where both parents are self-isolating children can moved between parents houses. Regardless of COVID-19 I was seeking advise as this is a continuous problem.
I asked the women about legal aid and got an extremely aggressive reply, when I went on to say that's fine we can pay the women told me that she wouldn't want to put him in any financially difficulty.
She had absolutely no interest in helping me from the beginning of the conversation.
After this phone call I rang 'Carpenter and Co solicitors' who gave me the advice I needed after a 10 minute conversation, I would highly recommend Carpenter and Co or any solicitor other than Justin King Solicitors.
