I am 100% pleased with the help i received from kg solicitors,my solicitor kasam ganchi was brilliant with everything he guided me to get all my paperwork ready for my husbands visa and gave me plenty of time to submit my papers. 5 * for these guys.

Its Simply a firm established to rip off their customers, they need money in first instance which is non refundable , because they knew that the customer will go somewhere else after that. the guy is very rude and thinks that he is the only solicitor in UK, Office building is very nice but not the people in it. He took £250 from me on the first day, and didn't completed not even a single document, how can they sleep by cheating others.

Maneer Ghani was brilliant with my case! He was very efficient, reliable and he knew exactly what he was doing. From the very start of my PI case, he kept me well informed and was always available to discuss any queries. Everything was handled professionally and promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend Maneer to my family and friends. Absolutely fantastic service!

Mr Maneer Ghani did my personal injury claim. He was efficient, approachable, trust worthy, contactable which I consider is the most important, attention to detail is second to none, would definetly recommend him to anyone and everyone.
It's not the law firm that provides the service, it's the file handler/ solicitor. Mr Maneer Ghani is an asset to the firm!

Horrendous customer service. They managed to misspell customers name, didn't correct it on the system when asked and then blamed the client. They were not interested in the customer, were rude, unhelpful and very arrogant. They wouldn't even admit the name was wrong even though they had had a copy of clients ID. They refused to reissue a check in the correct name and gave two differing pieces of advice in one conversation. Said they would phone and just didn't bother. Maneer Ghani is a supervisor and was the rudest solicitor I have ever dealt with. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL!

The whole process with your company has been great and I would highly recommend you to any one. You always followed up in a timely manner, the e-mails to confirm document receipt were very helpful, and everyone was always knowledgeable and courteous on the phones. And you obviously presented the documentation well to get the approval so I am extremely grateful to you all. I can't think of a single negative issue, even when I was frustrated by the need for additional documentation you were available by phone. I'm very impressed with the service received all the way through the process

I went to Deborah at KG Solicitors on a recommendation from a friend. She helped me through my divorce and obtained the financial settlement that I wanted from my ex-husband. I have been able to move on with my life and could not have done it without her support and guidance
