I rang this firm got connected to a representative and am regretting it to this day. He has no clue about family law he made his own assumptions and badly advised my family. The form submitted to court was not the right one. We were very badly advised. People seeking lawyers should really review. I hope this saves some other family heartache.

Solicitor who dealt with my matter was very full of himself a high flyer type. Thing is he didnt himself deal with my matter but lead me from one legal door to another. This guy has no clue about law i could do a better job myself. I prepared my own notes, i did my own research i could have just represented myself. This guy has no clue i was telling him one thing he was doing his own thing he didnt listen and he put in the wrong application.

Cowboy solicitors. If you want your kid please donot go to this firm. You are better off paying the extra and actually getting a result. This guy put in the wrong application in my child case prolonging the agony for my child and myself. I have no wish to rate this firm but the site wont allow this. Run soon as you hear this firm involved.

A very horrible un professional firm, Mrs Kale lies and I have heard her talk about clients in a nasty way she fools the legal aid needs to be reported and closed down. Please go to a professional solictor but not cowgirl kale.

This “So called” professional organisation has to be the worse I have come across in 50 years. On a personal note; considering I don’t have any Law qualifications, I believe I could do a better Job then them, that’s how POOR this firm is, very cowboy like!
How can a land Registry transfer certification take a year to complete, and then on completion, they spend further weeks, months paying you the monies...? I have been quoted they have over 3,500 clients. They are quick to take you in, draw your money, lock you into a case and then the service is none existent.
I could go on all day about the unprofessionalism of this place but I really would hate to waste my time. If you really know what’s good for you, please do seek another organisation, even if it’s substantially more expensive.
