We had an extremely delicate family situation which i explained in full detail with Faye.
KDL Law were recommended to me from another solicitor who didn't want to take on our case......We dealt with Faye Didcote (senior solicitor) She was very understanding and knowledgable in her field.
She communicated at every point which was very reassuring as we had never been through anything like this before!
Her knowledge is second to none and with no "flannel"
She even hand delivered a notice, so as to not miss the deadline for the court hearing (due to last minute notice from the court)
She recommended a superb barrister and even organised the High Court Enforcement Officers, who in turn were extremely proffesional.
I would highly recommend KDL Law to anyone with a property legal problem.

We are a property management company based in Cambridge and use KDL Law every time we have a leasehold legal enquiry/issue. A Cut Above
Having been recommended to Kevin Lever I have to say how impressed I was with the speed and efficiency of his office. The transaction at hand was complex and had been running for years without a satisfactory conclusion. Within one month Kevin had the matter settled. In my industry we deal with solicitors on a regular basis, but Kevin really is a cut above.

As a director of a rental agency, I have known Kevin Lever and the team at KDL Law for many years. Recently, I asked them to assist me in gaining possession of one of my properties and was delighted with the eventual successful outcome. The process was quite lengthy involving Adult Social Care, TORTS and guarantor proceedings. However, throughout, Faye Didcote and her team provided extremely knowledgeable advice and assistance. A thoroughly professional firm who I would have no hesitation in recommending.

We use KDL Law on a regular basis to support our leasehold management services. They provide professional legal support and clear pricing. They have acted on behalf of our clients for numerous breaches of lease including non payment of service charges and have been successful in all cases.
