So firstly I’d like to tell people I’m not one for crying wolf! Genuinely always like to see the best in people and this led me into a false sense of security when I was appointed a solicitor by the name Nigel Thompson. He was a replacement representative as my original solicitor had taken Ill and was absence.
If you were searching the internet and seen a company will poorly represent you throughout your divorce, cause you countless stress and anxiety, would you engage with them? Of course not! But that’s exactly what happened to me when I used Kenyon Son & Craddock for my divorce proceedings.
I was already feeling vulnerable due to the breakdown of my marriage, and the lacklustre representation I received from this law firm only added to my distress. I was left feeling unsupported and let down by the solicitor assigned to my case.
If you are in need of legal assistance, I would urge you to look elsewhere and avoid the disappointing experience I had with Kenyon Son & Craddock.
They charged me 25% just in solicitor fees alone of my final settlement and we didn’t even get into the courts because I wasn’t given any direction from Nigel.
I must warn everyone about this Company and Nigel Thompson. List of what to expect if you do decide to go ahead.
Unreasonable delays in dealing your case.
Failing to reply to telephone calls, emails or letters.
Giving me inaccurate or incomplete information.
Suspected dishonesty.
Mishandling of client’s money.
Acting against my best interests.
No integrity, totally unprofessional.
Expenses exceeding your original quotation.
Last minute paperwork deadlines.
I’m now in the process of speaking to an ombudsman’s to hold Nigel Thompson and Kenyon son & Craddock accountable and to seek some form of compensation as they have failed to resolve the matter.
I really urge people to do your due diligence before using this service and don’t make the same mistake I have. They say you should learn from your mistakes but I say learn from other peoples mistakes. Learn from my mistake and you’ll not suffer the pain and stress I have.
Best regards to the people going through these hard times and seek people that truly care and will represent you as a human and not a number.
