Kim Egoh conducted our conveyancing in 2010. At the time she did not seem to understand the importance of the length of the lease of our purchase. Being leasehold, we were not buying the bricks and mortar but only the right to live there for a specified amount of time. It seems now, after wrangles with Freehold Managers PLC (the managing agents - look them up for more fun), that she has given us misleading information regarding buildings insurance on our Warner flat. I have emailed her but she has not responded. I have tried to phone Khalique Kingsley but one number on their website does not appear to be working at all, and the other one is not accepting incoming calls. I have emailed Zahir and Nosheem as on their website but both emails have been returned by the 'Mail Delivery System' Next step is SRA who (they say) regulates them...! Don't go there!!! As a condition of this website I have to give at least one star for the rating but would rather leave none

An excellent fast & efficient service my phone calls were always answered and the conveyancing team were very helpful
