Planning litigation and regulations are a minefield if you are a member of the public and difficulties are compounded by anxiety and general misinterpretations of lawfulness. The care, consideration and support given by KS was of the highest order. The expertise of planning law was just astounding. All costs were clearly outlined before we proceeded and every effort was made by KS to prevent unnecessary expenditure due to our lack of understanding in these matters. I cannot thank or praise Kingsley Smith highly enough for the work they have done for us.
