Excellent service. I used Derek Englander to buy a number of properties and I found him extremely helpful and have no hesitation in recommending his services.

They behave as if they are doing you a favour by taking your money. There is a certain Mr Englander is very unique in the way he works in 2020. Feels like he is stuck in the 50s. He gets annoyed if his clients call him. He will only answer the phone if you give him advance notice that you will call him on the phone, otherwise he gets annoyed. If you ask him to explain anything that is complex, then he gets annoyed. You are supposed to be at his mercy and wait for him to be in a good mood before getting a satisfactory answer or an explanation. Have to chase multiple times before Mr Englander bothers to respond. Do not use them. Do yourself a favour and avoid them like the plague
