Recommended to KMA by Estate Agent and have to say it turned out great! Instructed on both my purchase and sale, KMA worked under intense pressure created by the SDLT deadline at the end of June, but enabled me to complete with two days to spare. Personable, professional, and approachable, I would recommend KMA to anyone looking for a proactive conveyancing firm that gets things done.

EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!
Kem and the team at KMA Solicitors were INCREDIBLE throughout the entire process. We decided to purchase our first home at the beginning of the first national lockdown. Despite the obvious obstacles faced the transaction was smooth and completely STRESS FREE!!
We cannot thank the team enough for their hard work, dedication and efficiency. They were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help us purchase our dream home!
All correspondence was completed via email and post as we were based in Norfolk but the quality of the service received was not at all compromised.
100% recommend to any one in any county!!!

As a Mortgage Broker of 27 years experience I have seen the Good, the Bad and the Ugly in property conveyancing.
I am delighted to say that I have found in KMA a truly professional Legal practice just 'up the road' from us!
There are many conveyancing practices that promise the earth and fail to deliver, there are equally many who quite frankly just don't deliver!
Kem and Emma came to my office to see if we could do business. They told me what they do and how they do it and it all sounded good, so I agreed that I would pass them a case in the near future.
Well...not only did they do exactly what they promised, they went over and above. The case was not a straightforward one, but KMA managed to get the case to completion comfortably inside all time scales and expectations with the minimum of drama's (well, that were apparent to the client and myself!).
It is genuinely nice to have a legal practice actually phoning the broker with case updates...it doesn't happen very often!
Thank you Kem and your excellent team...I am VERY happy to recommend you.

We have always found KMA a great solicitors to use. Polite, helpful and all staff make things easy to understand.
The way Kem has dealt with difficult sales has been amazing.
