Kundert & Co represented the guardian after very serious allegations had been levied against me, contact had been stopped and I had applied for my 3rd enforcement order. Whilst confirming Paula Owen and Joanne Mason were not representing me nor mum and so gave no specific legal advice, and were purely representing the guardian (and so our daughter’s needs) I can honestly say that over an 18 month period they showed themselves to be consummate professionals with the greatest level of preparedness, communication, knowledge and empathy for all concerned in such an emotional personal matter as child contact. I would highly recommend Paula Owen for any family and child contact matters. Thank you from J and me ??????????

I wished I never used kundert solicitors. The house I essay selling fell through through no fault of my own, blbecause the house I was buying I had to pull out kundert solicitors charged me for both services. The bill came and I owed them £1600! U did not get to sell my house with them, were very slow, never available and found every bit of detail to get more money out of me. If went to a solicitor who do not charge if you.do ot sell I would of not been out of pocket of £1600. I have now sold my property elsewhere with countrywide I wish used them first time

Purchase of bungalow proceeded as expected subject to delays over probate. Routine sale of house involved a perceived breech of of professionalism when the
solicitor failed to to implement the the telegraphic transfer of the house purchase funds to the seller on the Friday sale date. Apparently he left the office in working hours before funds arrived. No apologies were given and his clients had to endure a weekend of of doubt and considerable stress.. On the following Monday morning he telephoned the house sellers to inform them he would be transferring the funds - no apologies. A formal complaint was lodged with the solicitor's practise and investigated.

Very slow all round, with work and communication. Kundert were our buyers solicitors, but our own solicitors and agents could rarely get a hold of them. As sellers, we also handed in documents regarding our property in November, for issues only to be raised with them in February. Multiple issues involved overall, but mostly due to their slow responses, our house move is in its fifth month with no chain either side... And we still have no idea when we can complete. Ridiculous.

Service was extremely poor for residential sale. It wasnt possible to speak to the solicitor. Every time you call, the receptionist would tell you that the solicitor is busy and you never receive a call back.

I don't recommend unless you have unlimited time to complete the deal.

Charges were competitive but services were poor.

Solicitor was competent but overall service was 1 out of 10.
