Service was rushed little time taken to prepare after initial email sent outlining issue. £150 per hour and charged £30 for extra 15 mins over. We were not told of the cost/fee beforehand and was a little shocked as the time was just us explaining the issue and the advice was not helpful to the situation with no alternative outcomes suggested!
