Used Martin Bunney for sale of my late mum's bungalow, he sent me a later out stating that it was myself that was deseased not my mum which was very upsetting, I complianed, it took him 2 weeks to apologise by email. He then charged me a transfer charge on money that wasn't necessary, it took numerous emails before he finally refunded money. We also used Cheryl Bunney to purchase a property, her service was good, therefore if you do choose LDJ for conveyancing work ask for the lady. We did use Arti for probate work she was excellent.
