It has been a rather frustrating experience working with this firm on a matter that was uncomplicated and straightforward. I would not recommend doing business with this firm.

As other reviews, communication is hopeless. I got more from the neighbour and the agent than from the solicitor. Obviously only working part time as so often an email would get the" I will reply when I am in the office ". They were brilliant 18 months ago when my daughter bought her first house so I did not read the latest reviews, much to my heartache. I cannot believe such a simple thing can take 5 months plus. Even at the end, I am emailing asking what is happening, and at least the agent let me know. Charges were reasonable but the slowness and lack of interest is appalling. I have bought and sold a number of houses in the Uk and elsewhere and this has been the most stressful.
