The lawyer we used was not quite with it, he was very elderly and his memory on a few points he made was extremely poor as he forgot who my wife and I were on two separate occasions, the property we were purchasing and where we were at on the conveyancing process despite dealing with him previously. Luckily the purchase was quite straightforward and we had to provide him with information he himself should have had in his possession. We were not left with a good impression of this law firm and in particular the solicitor who we think owns the law firm.

The lawyer I was dealing with had an arrogant manner, was inefficient and had poor communication skills. He seemed muddled and sometimes confused when asked straightforward questions. The sale was slow and we had to put pressure him to speed things up. There were additional costs added which we were not happy about added on to the original quote,

Service extremely slow and communication was poor. They also added on unexpected charges which were not anticipated. I personally was not satisfied with the service I received on my property sale and therefore would not recommend
