Leonard Gray, Chelmsford. Dreadful litigation department, missed submitting my case after 3 years of shambolic service. Personal injury claim submitted too late to the judge. I do not recommend this firm. I have had to engage another solicitors Pinney Talfourd in Hornchurch to take legal action against them for professional misconduct. No compassion and no duty of care.
