This is the worse solicitor that I have ever had the misfortune to use. Andrew has been nothing but poor and non responsive for months.
The partners clearly don’t care as they to do not reply. A paid service all be it a simple small job has not been completed or done.
Don’t waste your money on this firm as there are many more far better ones in newton abbot.

Chris is an excellent professional. He worked hard to get a settlement for me after an accident in 2015. I have recently received my compensation and couldn’t be happier. He has kept me up to date at all times during the case. He got me some early payments which got me through some difficult times.
Chris was warm and friendly and won’t let you down. Highly recommended.

I instructed Linnitts to represent me following a failed knee replacement at MS hospital. I was met by Chris who was both courteous and professional. The claim took 3 .5 years and we eventually won settling out of Court. Yes I would definitely recommend this firm and especially Chris

Clare was excellent for me. She helped me through what was a very traumatic time. It was quick, the price was great as I knew exactly where I was. She returned my calls when she sausage would and I really would not hesitate in referring her or the firm!

I would like to thank you for all your help and support whilst I was in dispute with the King's School over several issues regarding my daughter. We won the battle, the school has now paid for everything and will do so in the future. It did take a lot of influence and a serious threat of taking them to Court, however without your continued support we would never have got this sorted.

I dealt with Chris Linnitt. His service was excellent and there is nothing that I believe that Linnitts Solicitors could do to improve their service. Chris kept me up to date with my case regularly and always advised me on the progress of my case. His advice was explained with clarity and was very easy to understand. I found Linnitts Solicitors very approachable and very easy to deal with. I never found it difficult to get hold of Chris.
