Attended to receive Welfare advice. Kept me waiting for 20 minutes. No offer of apology nor refreshment. Advice was provided by a non-lawyer but more akin to the advice you get down the pub. Spent 25 minutes on the phone to the DWP myself in Linskills offices trying to arrange something I thought I was paying them to. Gave them a cheque on instruction not to cash until service had been provided. They cashed cheque that same day. Did not explain fees nor retainer. Truly awful. For such a small tiny firm - they have the arrogance and swagger of DLA Piper.

they did'nt turn up at court, late for meetings, rob you if you are paying privately
