Longlands Solicitors are incapable of communicating and are utterly incompetent when it comes to conveyancing. They dither and delay and couldn't care less when their inability to keep up to date with developments and to move things forward at all (let alone in a timely manner) costs their clients time, money and serious stress.
If you value your sanity don't touch this firm with a barge pole.
