Just to say i would never use this firm again. They would not listen to the information given to them via myself and the managing agents and got the figures wrong on completion. I was shouted at by one of the solictors when trying to explain the ground rent ammounts and the company secretary had a bad experience over the phone when trying to explain the service charges.
The buyer paid me the difference in the ground rent as he understood the figures.
