Not good. Lyons Wilson gave me incorrect legal advise when buying my property which is going to now cost me hundreds of thousands to fix and Lyons Wilson refused to accept any responsibility

Inconsistent, unprofessional service. Midway through settlement the lawyer assigned to the case left the firm with no notice to me. Only after calling and writing multiple times to determine how to proceed, was I assigned another lawyer, who is equally as difficult to contact. What should have been a simple paper application, has now morphed into an actual hearing because paperwork was was either incorrectly filed or missing. Who knows, I might be wrong, but considering I can't even get a phone call back, I'm left to assume. Go elsewhere.

Had to change to another solicitor mid way through the conveyancing process because LW had done such a bad job. The employee handling my case confirmed to me multiple times that he had begun the work. I called one day for a progress update to find that this employee had left the firm (and I wasn't told), and on a review of my file none of the work had even been started!! When I called up to complain, I as told quite clearly that they currently have NO EMPLOYEES in the conveyancing department. At this point, I changed to another solicitor, who have been great. I have been told that they are now using locum/contractors in the conveyancing department. Overall, terrible communication, work delayed for no reason, no sincere apology received. (Although to their credit they did refund me). AVOID. I won't mention who I am using now, but they are a more established local firm with a strong online presence.
