Over a year on with excessive fees (£700 just for communications) with no real outcome. They charged us £43+vat to fill in a "help with court fees" when the court fee is £50!? Overall avoid

That's a daft observation to make - a solicitor's time costs money, it's not relative to the court fee. If you wanted their time to help you complete the form, it was your decision as to whether you thought it was worth asking them to do!

I have used MI Banks on several occasions as conveyancers for property sales and purchasers. They make the process run as smooth and carefree as possible. Sarah Tate was very much hands on, always available to answer any questions and take complete ownership of any problems created by other parties involved in the conveyancing of the properties. I shopped around before first opting for MI BANKS and I am really pleased I made the right choice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
