We recently completed the sale of my parents’ home of almost 60 years, and I can’t speak highly enough of the service provided by Macleod & MacCallum. From start to finish, the marketing, sales and conveyancing process was handled with professionalism, clarity, and genuine care.


A special mention to Emily Barclay, who truly went above and beyond. She offered expert support and thoughtful guidance through what was a significant and emotional milestone for our family. Her communication was prompt and reassuring, and she navigated a few complexities with calm efficiency.

Alison Martin’s oversight was also excellent, ensuring a smooth completion and keeping us well-informed throughout. The whole experience felt very personal, and both the practical and emotional aspects of selling a much-loved family home were handled with empathy and integrity.

Highly recommended. Basic charge was 0.9% of property sale, with additional fees for marketing literature, drone footage, and other incidentals.

1) if you're going to use them, get another lawyer to verify their work 2) get an agreement with them that they don't pass your personal details onto their financial services business. We have engaged another firm to look for compensation from them.

Very poor service. Would not recommend them. Very corrupt solicitor through my experience and other people who i have heard have dealt with them.
