worked there in 2010s its a mad house they only care about how much they can get from you for as little effort on there end des d ick is there line manger i watched him punch a stack of papers to the ground because the 16 year old kid they had running 5 photo copyers pinted a few of angle and then made him pick the papers up he was there free labour through technical collage

Simply awful, I could write a book on how ineffective and frankly incompetent this lot are - they really don't have your best interests at heart. Gaslighting, ineffectual/non-existent representation, blasé attitude to their client and a complete lack of care/attention given the seriousness of the situation.
The barrister appointed clearly had no intention of doing any research or work on the case (forgot evidence, admitting he 'dropped the ball', asked me what my job was on the day of the case as if he didn't know me at all, incorrectly pleading guilty to charges, chasing money instead of results) - if you value your freedom/reputation/financials do not go near these charlatans, they will get you in serious trouble.

Funny M keeps got my review removed. This man messed me up so bad, but god doesn’t sleep! Seen the last review on him on Google and absolutely disgusted. Worst decision using that firm. I am autistic, have adhd and depression and he spoke to me like absolute crap. Lies through his teeth as well. Go elsewhere

My biggest regret was using this firm. Michael is one of the most rudest people, let alone solicitors i have ever met. I went to prison because of him. Raising his voice, talking to you in a belittling manners. Disgusting

Found the service far below expectation. The solicitor, I’ll use R, instead of stating her name, didn’t even bother to come on the phone to me after her secretary gathering very limited information from me, had me sign a legal aid form and then advised me that I wouldn’t win. When I requested to speak with her to provide more information, this was point blank refused.
I am saddened that solicitors claiming to work in family law don’t even bother to engage with clients at least before telling them its not possible and causing further trauma

Highly recommend. Great team always there to help whenever needed. The other reviews seem to be from rival firms as M&F are known to operate to a very high standard.

Very poor service, solicitors never return calls or respond to email and when you call their secretaries can never give proper updates on your case - would definitely recommend you avoid this place and go to another firm

Really bad service from this firm. They told me the wrong information twice regarding my case and they didn't reply to my various phone calls until 2 weeks later. Very unprofessional.

I had to use Madden & Finucane to sort out family problems and they were superb. They didn't need to ask that many questions and sorted out the court issues very quickly. Highly recommned.

definitely would not recommend.I have gone through nightmare after nightmare with this firm. Glad it is all over, even though they still cause me to have sleepless nights more than a year later. Unless you are a high profile criminal,you are just a number.They change their staff all the time.For some reason, their employees don't stay with the firm for very long.I rate them -5 out of 5.
