I wanted to be dealt with by a lady solicitor, there wasn’t one at this firm though.
There’s only one solicitor at the firm, so it might not suit your needs either.

The most atrocious service I have ever experienced. This small firm is purporting to be expert in litigation.

I thought I was in competent hands but they ruined my case, charged extautionate costs, made numerous service failings and failed to comply with the Civil Procedure Rules.

They are known to the legal complaints service. The firm denied all its failings even those that are documented and actually tried to deter my complaint by threatening me with an adverse costs order that they had incurred through their own professional neglegence.

No professionalism. No integrity. The firm finally conceded that they had no experience in the area of law in which they represented me but still make no apology.

Bitterly regret ever instructing Malcolm Johnson and Co.
