Two stars here is generous. I should have gone elsewhere from reading their auto-reply "confirming receipt of documents" and suggesting responses would be within 72 hours. It went on to say that abuse of their staff would not be tolerated. You get the picture...
On numerous occasions I tried to get through to our solicitor only to hear the phone ring and then to finally be advised by a detached receptionist that I would be called back,. This never happened. In the entire transaction I only received one call to confirm a date for Exchange. Their emails were sporadic, curt, at times unhelpful, and close to rude. I thought I wa sa client, in fact I felt just a nuisance.

The most appalling law firm that I ever came across

After 6 months wait , they produced sales contract with wrong names , wrong property titles
They refused to provide statement of accounts
They pocketed their initial amount ,
And despite that many pain , when I reluctantly accepted to sign , they just dropped me .. as simple as that . Imagine waiting that long for the sake of not one property bu two

They are so dishonest , with clearly cheap and cheerful unpaid or badly paid couple of people dealing with conveyancing . A one man band solicitor firm .

I have reported them with all mails and recorded calls to them
The practice owner coward enough who refused to answer legitimate questions raised by my agent .. in why he produced contracts with that many mistake and why he refused to provide Statement of account which is being legal requirements. QUITE SHOCKING
