We used Mason Baggott and Garton for our house move, both the sale of our old house and purchase of our new house. We dealt with Becci and Juliet, who were both professional, friendly, kept us informed and were always quick to respond to emails. I would recommend to anyone who is buying or selling their property.

I have had varying levels of customer service from different solicitor firms for conveyancing.
But I have to say the following:
You really handled the case very professionally
You communicated back in a timely manner every time when I had queries
Your expertise in the sewerage issue really helped to resolve our understanding and what precautions can be taken
Keep up the great work and I will definitely refer other work to yourself.

Amazing from start to finish. HB went above and beyond for me, nothing was to much to ask and I was kept informed on everything, which was outstanding especially during these trying times. I really can't find anything to pick fault with. I will definitely recommend to friends and family and who ever else will listen.

Service is absolutely shocking been waiting for over 4 months for the purchase to go through and it STILL hasn't happened. The communication is none existent I really advise people to stay away and don't use this firm. They only want to know if they want money out of you. Don't go near them.

Just sold a property & my first time buyers were advised to use this solicitor by Halifax. As we both live in Gosport I thought this was a little odd to use a solicitor so far away. How right I was to be so cautious. From start to finish, which took well over 3 months this company was an utter shambles. Correspondence was either lost or not requested or requested then returned as unsuitable. The contract was returned by my buyers and filed away at one point with no action taken. The quality of emails received were either grammatically incorrect or made no sense, as if English wasn’t their first language. The whole process, of what should have been a very straightforward process; with a couple purchasing their first home & no onward chain, was an absolute farce. My solicitor had to make daily phone calls & send daily emails, and then didn’t always receive a response!
The stress this company has given both myself & my purchasers has been totally unnecessary & in my opinion could have been avoided.
You are mad if you use this company.

Absolutely agree, still owe me money from sale over 6 weeks ago and don’t respond to emails! Rude and incorrect on lots of paperwork, fear I may have been duped and worry if my best interests have been looked after.

Shouldn’t reviews be for those whom have actually used the service provided?
In property transactions, everyone has a tendency to blame each other so reviews for service should really be from the clients whom received the service not others in the chain!
