My fiance and I had been living in Australia but unfortunately due to the COVID pandemic we had been separated when moving back to our respective countries. Following a bad experience with another firm, we engaged MBS to apply for a fiance visa. Ali has been absolutely fantastic in helping us do this. He is very thorough, responsive and asks all the right questions. The quality of the application was a significant improvement from what the previous firm had come up with. He took the time to learn about us as people and he provided lots of tailored advice based on our situation. Would highly recommend!

In 2017 I submit my File in Home Office for the Immigration Visas for my Family but after two weeks my case file was refused which was done through (Five Star International) and Again after two weeks we submit a new file with some upgrades to Home Office then again it was refused. After a year, I met Mohammad Sabir then i asked Five Star International to hand over my File to Mr Sabir which was incomplete by them. Firstly Mr sabir make a whole new file and then assured me that we will be able to win this case then he submit my file and we both went for the hearing in the court to convince the court that we are able to provide the evidence which court needs but the court refused it due to the allegation put by the prosecutor but Mr sabir never lose the hope and told me that these allegation can be removed and we will re-appeal in the court and we will be successful in our mission and Finally in October we were successful as we were able to remove the allegation which were put against by the court. I am very grateful to Mr Sabir for all his help and assistance and he is very professional in his work without a doubt. He and his team is the best team in the Edinburgh and once again i am very thankful to the MBS Solicitors. He is NO.1 Rizwan Rothar

My husband and I will be forever grateful to Ali for guiding us through such a stressful process during a particularly hectic time in our personal lives. Thank you so much to Ali and team MBS. I'm so glad I came to you after having failed several times to secure a visa in the UK. MBS sorted this out. They took a rather complicated situation, made even more complicated by my previous lawyers and sorted it out. After 24 years, I'm going home to see my mother. A hardworking firm. Ali never sleeps. He's sending emails at 2am! Such a hardworking team!

They are thorough and go the extra mile.

My immigration to the UK with my husband turned into a nightmare because of a fire and a name typo in a federal level database that caused us a great deal of trouble. Many thanks to Bilaal Shabbir and MBS Solicitors for helping us get through it successfully. Bilaal let me know exactly what I needed to do and when I needed to do it. He was even graciously willing to indulge my penchant for asking technical questions about the fine points of how these processes work; being able to demystify the machine is a major stress reducer but not everyone understands that or has patience with it. He and the staff have a great combination of competent professionalism and friendly supportiveness. I hope I don't have cause to need the services of a solicitor again, but if I do, I know where to go.

MBS Solicitors were beyond what I could have hoped for and were above any expectations I may have had.
Nadia took on my case and amazed me with her level of knowledge of the law/understanding of my case and previous examples and how things would be orchestrated. Very calm and relaxed feel from all staff members. Overall professional, genuine people in MBS.
Would not have any hesitations to use their services in future.

5 star isn’t adequate enough, a genuine 100% rating would be more fitting.

Bilaal from MBS Solicitors successfully represented my partner and I in our application for an unmarried partner visa. He is really helpful and committed to getting the work done no matter if it is very early in the morning or really late at night. He was there for us the whole time and made the process much easier. He always made sure we understood the things we needed to, and always explained what we were doing and why. We would highly recommend Bilaal as an immigration solicitor.

5 stars isn't enough. They are lifesaver in our case. They do something what for the others solicitors was impossible. A time when our options and likelihood of satisfactory resolution seemed impossible. They have couple hours in the night to stop my partner deportation and the did it. They give me helping hand when all hope missing .Thank you once again from the bottom of my hart for all you help and support. You are the best excellent service .

My parents and I had the privilege of having Mr Bilaal Shabbir as our legal representative. A time when our options and likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed nearly impossible. He provided clear sound advice and guidance (and relayed the legal jargon in terms we could understand) during a very difficult and stressful situation. After a struggle to find a firm that would take on my case I found MBS solicitors. The work they did for me was outstanding. Would highly recommend to anyone, they did a great job.
