I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Their communication is non-existent, which is a massive waste of time. Despite numerous requests, they never bothered to reply, displaying a level of unprofessionalism that's truly frustrating. Avoid at all costs.

General Legal advice

I called the office to speak to Sumair Iqbal, when I asked the receptionist to put me through to him the lady advised me she was unable to transfer me to him, she stated this twice, I asked why not and she put the phone down. I certainly will NOT be looking to use Metrolaw solicitors now especially when the initial point of contact puts the phone down on you!!

We used Sumair Iqbal from MetroLaw for our new house purchase after poor service from another large firm.
From start to finish, Sumair was very helpful, always accepted calls and replied to emails promptly.
Excellent service and highly recommended.
