I am shocked at the service from such a big law firm. They took on my property transfer knowing full well that it was an off plan development, got all my documents, and 9 months later they inform me that they don't do off plan work!
A great amount of time and effort wasted.
How can you even call yourselves conveyancing attorneys if you don't do off plan work?
This is, in addition to the poor communication and taking weeks to respond to emails!
