A big NO for this solicitor!!! Never ever again! They want to control your life whereas you are the customer! I have suffered injuries from a car accident and they want to tell me what I should feel!

The only good thing about this company is a new girl called Jessica O’Connell. She’s only been there a few months and was more helpful to me than the solicitor who took on my case. I fractured my ankle. I went out of my way to photograph the pothole I walked into, photographed evidence of the potholes and surrounding potholes being filled in by the Council who were to blame to no avail after 9 months. This company pride themselves on being the best (if you happen to phone up and listen to them stating this). I wish I’d read the reviews first and used another company.

Waste of time no help at all would not recommend using these solicitors.
Someone hit my car from behind while i was stationary, No damage to my car as he hit the tow ball, I suffered whiplash and could not work for 9 days.
They left me hanging for 5 days before saying they did not want to persue the case.
Now got a firm to carry on with it.

Absolutely shocking service, would not recommend anyone use Michael Hallsalls solicitors at all, you would be better off getting a child to carry out any legal work.

I was going through a claim through them first they put wrong details where the incident happen then forced me to reject all the offer made by third party and then told me if third party didn't pay the full amount then I have to pay the balance which I never have experienced in past shot solicitors wouldn't recommend lier and RIP you for them to feed themselves arrogant and have lack of information

I couldn't be more pleased with how my case was handled. I was happy for Ray to handle things and contact me when required. He's been great answering any questions I had, talking me through the process and getting the best possible pay out.

I. Am experiencing same thing was put onto this company through my insurance company.i have to ring all the time & get different excuses all the time.they keep saying the third party insures are nit responding to them i was wrongley advised by one solicitor who then pasted my case to another who is very rude on tbe phone.third party paid up on car hire & damages but not my injury claim still waiting & dont think i will get in all honesty thanks too this mickey mouse company.i have put in a complaint to my insurance company.they should read up the reviews & stop reccomending them.if i had seen these reviews beforehand would off refused point t blank.im seeking legal advice.

I used this Firm of solicitors for my road traffic accident claim. I found them to be very helpful and they kept in contact regularly. My solicitor was not always available when I called the office however, they always returned my call in a timely Manner. I would highly recommend.

They are absolute crap...I wouldn’t trust this firm if they were the only solicitors left on the planet. Time wasters, liars and did I mention absolutely useless. Please don’t waste your time here or your sanity!!

I used this Firm for my road traffic accident claim, having been recommend to them by my insurance company. I found them to be professional but more importantly friendly and efficient in every aspect of my claim. They also claimed for the loss of enjoyment of our summer holiday which was the week after the accident. I would highly recommend this Firm.

I have never felt so intimidated or frightened by a solicitor that was supposed to be representing me. They have been handling my case for over one year and now have more or less dropped my case just waiting for confirmation not sure I’m going to get it!! I don’t trust them nor do I have any faith in the solicitor being able to deliver a favourable outcome in court. Baroness Hale of Richmond they are NOT!

Is there a rating less than 1 star? You have to keep ringing them for any update, otherwise you will be left in silence for months! Even if they promised you some progress they still can't achieve it after several months!

absolute joke of a company, not helpful at all.
they didnt help me at all with my case ( that they dropped) i had to do there job..chasing letters sending off documents.i would never ever recommend them to anyone!

I made the mistake of using the Solicitor my Insurance company provided and all I can say is i have never come across such a bunch of clowns, Very helpful at first then the problems start you ring for an update and never get the same person twice you get told many different things as to what is happening with your case and how its progressing. Nobody seams to know what is going on or how it is progressing. I had to fight for over 9 months to have my car returned to me. Frankly I wouldn't believe them if they told me it was raining outside.
I Wouldn't trust them to win a game of Noughts and Crosses let alone a court case.

I went through National number to get given Halsall . They initially were very helpful . Signed me up and from then on I had to do all the Chasing ! . I wasted 18 MONTHS!! with them !! . They used the WRONG Causation Doctor , which gave a review which was true ,but, not about the actual incident . They then dropped me . PLEASE DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH THEN YOU ONLY HAVE 3 YEARS . Also their negative Causation Report , stopped any other Solicitor EVER wanting to even look at my case.

Please do not use this organisation for injury compensation I went on line on a no win no fee website and was directed to this company. Initially they were so helpful but I then found lack of contact, constantly having a 'new' solicitor because the last person had left though nobody ever told you, I was constantly asking what was happening, I was told papers were being prepared for court after waiting two years, to then receiving a letter stating that they had decided not to proceed as they didn't think they would win, I had been for a medical received correspondence stating they would represent me and that they thought I had a case, interestingly enough I have tried to leave my review several times by leaving one star but I have been unable to do so after awarding 4 stars my review was accepted !! it also says that if I post anything false I am one click away from being blacklisted and prosecuted well nothing false about my review it is 100% honest, please don't waste your chance of obtaining compensation, they advised me I could go to another Solicitor which is true, but because they have been involved I have to pay for that now something I cant afford to do.
