The employment team at Mincoffs achieved for me, what I did not think was possible. As a result, I have been able to move onto the next chapter of my life and I am so much better off in every single way. Whilst I had much evidence, it was their expert strategy that resulted in the exact outcome I asked for and needed.
Nick and Laura were superb and Laura in particular kept me up to date at every stage and made the whole thing easier for me. I would not be where I am now, without them. I could not recommend them enough. Thank you.

Absolutely atrocious Solicitors, during our experience of our buyers purchasing our home and us purchasing a new build. All ready for completion to be told at 10 to 5 it then wasn't going ahead due to the lender refusing to release the funds for something that they had supposedly dealt with months earlier. I had given all my furniture away, myself and my son were living out of boxes until we heard from the lenders to ok the sale to progress, when their clients "had a wobble." The solicitor was then apparently "going to reassure" the buyer over a small legality, but actually put the fear of god into them about a very minor legality, which is not an issue, therefore the whole sale fell through before completing. They were never contactable, they had obviously advised their client to not speak to anyone but them as they would ignore the EA who was trying to gain clarity on the sale. They never answered my solicitor when she rang, everything that stalled the process happened at 10 to 5 on a Friday, so we were left in the lurch over a weekend. Took them 6 months and extreme negligence to manage to completely ruin a no chain sale. Well done to their solicitor - definitely not acting in their clients best interests is all I can take from this experience - oh a fortune to now purchase all new items for a house that days ago I was supposedly moving out of. AVOID at all costs

Due to their incompetance. lack of preparation and negligence, Mincoff's seem tlo have totally screwed up a whole chain of conveyancing. Everyone in the chain was ready to exchange when suddenly Mincoff's cried stop. The money for the transaction was coming from Hong Kong and apparently they needed a document translated which took 3 days. Then they said it had to be verified (?????) and then they went silent.
They have become completely unresponsive, they won't respond to the other solicitors in the chain or to the Estate Agents involved and now won't even anawer the phone.
A few of us are now camped out in empty houses for the last 10 days because furniture was collected on the agreed completion date and has had to be put into storage.I will incur £2,000 plus in extra costs because of the dreadful firm of Lawyers. I and others in the chain intend to make a formal complaint to the Law Society and personally, I will be taking them to the Small Claims Court to recover my extra costs.
Do not use these Lawyers, they promise much but don't have the expertise to deliver

Ryan Bannon (Partner) and Emma Liddle (Solicitor) made numerous mistakes when acting as a conveyancer for a new build property we purchased from a small developer in 2016. They failed to check the documentation for a buildings warranty at the time of the transaction which subsequently delayed the purchase. Now in 2020 when we come to sell the property, it is clear that failed to obtain SAP calculations, which now mean it is not straightforward to sell the property or create EPC details. They were recommend to us by Bailey and Co Estate agents, but I would not recommend.

Charged £28,000 to collect a £9,000 debt!!!!!!!
I engaged the company to collect a personal debt of approx £9,000. They actually ended up charging £28,000 to collect the debt. We won in court. Despite being told I should receive approx 75% of my costs, I was not awarded any costs.
The bottom line is there is no point going to court to collect debt. The only people who win are the solicitors. And there is certainly no point using Mincoffs their costs are totally out of proportion.
