Rosie kindly dealt with the transfer of equity from my partners sister to me. Rosie was very diligent and her communication was second to none. Rosie explained the process fully and was always on hand to explain any information further if needed.

We have sold my mother's property due to her moving into a care home. This has been quite a stressful situation, but Rachel has handled the whole event professionally and communication has been first rate. Gill Harris the Completions Manager has helped with the final completion statement. I have no issues recommending Rachel for conveyancing. Thank you.

I cannot thank Antonia enough for the amazing impact she has had on my life and the life of my family. Throughout the renegotiating of a court order process Antonia has been such an amazing support, a brilliant expert and a level head. I have found James to be extremely professional and knowledgeable, but he has also been very approachable and friendly. I was very nervous when starting this legal process but he put me at ease and talked to me in language I could understand. He always responded to me, whether by email or telephone, in a timely manner and was very patient with me.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

I found the service to be very professional and I had faith in the information I was given. My solicitor was very knowledgeable in his field but also very approachable and friendly. He always responded quickly to my queries and spoke in a non legal language which I could understand.
I felt that the fee I was charged £3000 plus vat was very reasonable as my case was a little complex and time consuming.
I would have no hesitation about recommending this firm, and my solicitor in particular, to others.

Great service from Shona she was professional but human. My previous experience of solicitors are that they are “stuffy” and not very personable, Shona changed that. She was very helpful, understanding and gave solid advice for which I am very grateful.

Sale of flat to WDC due to H&S concerns leading to proposed demolition.
All queries were answered promptly and satisfactory. Contact was no problem, I was dealt with in an exemplary manner especially as for me losing my home in a quite stressful period.
A very happy conclussion even with a few ups and downs I was more than impressed with the proffesionalism shown.

Rachel was great throughout our property purchase. The vendor’s solicitors were not always forthcoming with details and Rachel was very proactive and thorough in getting answers from them and getting issues closed out. Would highly recommend. Having a great solicitor really makes the house buying process more smooth! She was very approachable throughout the process and giving us advice where needed.

Lisa did a terrific job with a relatively complex settlement agreement that required a quick turnaround. I felt like other lawyers I sought quotes and consultations from were mostly uninterested in my situation and wanted to give me a list of prices without helping me decide what was best for me. Lisa took the time to talk through my options and was monumental in actually helping me chart a path through a situation Should anyone I know run into issues she can help with, I will be sure to recommend Lisa.

Alison masterminded our new wills. Quite painless, apart from the bill. My wife feels that the frequent references to the "sadness" of the occasion were misplaced, and I have to agree. It is probably in the How to Do Wills manual, but we feel more relief and satisfaction than anything else, certainly not sadness. I can imagine circumstances in which sadness might predominate but I doubt if they are typical.

I was absolutely delighted with the service I received in selling part of my jewellery business, from Monika Krtenova, and from Tim Ollerenshaw. Monika was an absolute star, dealing with a particularly challenging solicitor on the other side. Monika stayed calm and good-humoured throughout, and I felt in very safe hands. She was steady and determined, and got the deal through on the target date through her persistence. Tim very kindly stepped in when Monika was on study leave, and I felt the service from them both was seamless. Dealing with my Mother's estate in 2017. Alterations to my Will following the death of my daughter in 2017 and again after my husband's death in 2021.
Registration of an EPA in respect of my late husband and an LPA for me this year, despite the well known inefficiencies of the Office of the Public Guardian! General help and advice following the death of my husband. Shona has always offered sympathetic and friendly advice. Having not moved house for 31 years, I was understandably nervous and unsure what to expect. I found Rosie to be supportive, helpful and knowledgeable. She was clear in both her written and verbal communication. If I did need something clarifying, I never felt uncomfortable in raising it with her. There were a couple of difficult times throughout the process and Rosie displayed appropriate empathy. She was always timely in getting back to me, either by e-mail or telephone, and I felt comfortable in all my dealings with her. Overall, I found the service to be efficient, responsive and clear. Having instructed Bethan on a previous occasion and being happy with the service received we didn’t hesitate to ask her to act on our behalf again in the sale of our house and purchasing a new home.
Due to the Covid situation it was a difficult time for all but Bethan was always there to respond to my e.mails answering any questions I had and working hard to ensure we were able to complete on the purchase of our new home which we collected keys for on 15th. As this is the first time I've been through any of this she explained everything to me clearly and helped me understand exactly what was going to be happening. She fought my corner well making sure I wasn't pressured into taking unpaid leave and even tried her best to get a better settlement figure. I was able to get a hold of her whenever I needed and she always called back same day if I missed her.

Overall she kept what could have been a very stressful time lighthearted and I couldn't be happier with the service she provided.

I was referred to Lisa via Citizens Advice, when Lisa was working for Warwickshire Employment Rights (WER). From the initial call, Lisa listened and reflected on my circumstances, she was informative and supportive. When the WER ceased Lisa took my case to Moore & Tibbits, continuing the reliable and helpful service throughout the very long-winded completion of the case.
Having already recommended Lisa's services to other friends in similar situations, I will continue to do so.

I was in a property chain in which they represented a party. They were slow, uncommunicative, obstructive, and withheld key information. After committing an offer seven months ago, their client suddenly pulled out, collapsing the chain. The solicitor at Moore & Tibbits refused to communicate with my solicitor, or answer specific questions as to the integrity of the chain during the process that they drew out. As the chain collapsed, information came to light that should have been disclosed form the outset.

I had too attend a "voluntary" police interview regarding an incident with a neighbour in relation to a common assault allegation. Sarah was my solicitor for my case and I cannot praise her enough for the way she handled my case. Her professional manner her insightful understanding of my case from the outset I knew I was in safe hands. She was attentive in listening to my worries and concerns and offered solid practical advice every step of the way. My case was resolved with a community resolution order and this was best outcome. If I had relied on the duty solicitor offered by police it is highly likely I would have been cautioned or charged and been required to go to court. Thank you Sarah and Moore and Tibbits.

Our matter appeared, to us, to be quite complex as it was something we had not taken part in before. I contacted another firm and found that they made it appear even more complex, using a lot of jargon we were not familiar with. When I first spoke to James, we found the opposite. He explained things in a very clear, concise and straightforward way, whilst treating us respectfully. He therefore put us at ease regarding the matter. Once we engaged James, this continued and we also found that he was responsive, very helpful and personable. We wouldn't hesitate to engage James' services again and would definitely recommend him.

Bethan was very friendly, easily-contactable by email throughout, replied promptly and, importantly, gave us a very comprehensive review of our potential sale, clearly pointing out any potential issues and things to think about. All this despite the trying circumstances of the COVID virus lockdown. Lisa was amazing, she listened carefully and made me feel comfortable, she was answering to me very quickly to my emails and she considered carefully all the scenarios for me. she helped me to claim compensation and to receive the payment that was owed to me from my previous employer who did not bother to check at all with payroll. She gave me the right advice always in a very respectful way. A very nice person and warm. Thank you so much Lisa, honestly, I would not have made it without her. 100% I would recommend her and i would go to her if I needed again help.

Apologies for the late review but Rosie did the conveyancing work on the sale and purchase of our new house back in the summer and did a fantastic job. It was great to work with a firm of solicitors that keeps you informed, returns your calls and answers all your daft questions.
I wish all my previous conveyancing experiences had been as good, will definitely use you in the future - if I ever decide to move house again!

Purchased our first house and used on a recommendation from the agents involved. Claire was very helpful, friendly and professional. If we had any questions (there were alot) answered them punctually and simply which helped. Flexible meetings around us. Ahead of the other solicitors involved which meant we were ready to exchange in next to no time. Reception staff also deserve a mention being friendly and polite on all our visits to the office. It is a shame we have lost our feed back form among the mountain of paper work. Would defiantly recommend anone seeking legal advice.

They cover a wide range of different areas so wasn't sure which area to pick.

Anyway, I used them to help me with my business contracts and for a personal injury claim. They were fantastic. Really honest and up front, which I appreciated and meant I wasn't surprised by any fees or the length of time the work would take. The staff are always cheerful, helpful and friendly, which made things much easier. I would definitely recommend them!
