It was a fairly straightforward purchase of a piece of land so it wasn’t too complicated.It did drag on a bit but no fault of James. Overall I have found Moore Tibbits fairly responsive and good to deal with.

We were very happy with the overall service , we were kept in the loop with what was going on with the sale of my Mum’s property, and found everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful in explaining the process of the sale of the property.

Lisa assisted me with a settlement agreement which had a strict, short time window to address. When I first contacted Lisa I was enquiring after seeing the firm on Google and was growing increasingly desperate for expertise and assistance in a world I am largely unfamiliar. Lisa was excellent - putting me at ease immediately and being meticulous with the detail despite working at speed. Lisa kept me updated along the way and wasn’t afraid to offer a balanced, professional opinion when I needed one. I would absolutely recommend Lisa and Moore & Tibbits and have actually done so to a friend since my case. From what I understand, the same outstanding service was received.

Rosie kindly dealt with the transfer of equity from my partners sister to me. Rosie was very diligent and her communication was second to none. Rosie explained the process fully and was always on hand to explain any information further if needed.

Alison masterminded our new wills. Quite painless, apart from the bill. My wife feels that the frequent references to the "sadness" of the occasion were misplaced, and I have to agree. It is probably in the How to Do Wills manual, but we feel more relief and satisfaction than anything else, certainly not sadness. I can imagine circumstances in which sadness might predominate but I doubt if they are typical.

The majority of my divorce was handled by Karol Kaliczak who was helpful, sympathetic, pragmatic and listened to how I wanted it to be handled. He did a great job as did Carline who picked up the baton in the later stages.

Dealing with my Mother's estate in 2017. Alterations to my Will following the death of my daughter in 2017 and again after my husband's death in 2021.
Registration of an EPA in respect of my late husband and an LPA for me this year, despite the well known inefficiencies of the Office of the Public Guardian! General help and advice following the death of my husband. Shona has always offered sympathetic and friendly advice. My husband and I had a long association with Moore and Tibbits since our days in Warwick and I will continue to consider them first for any future requirements.

Rosie did a brilliant, thorough job in what became quite a complicated house sale due to both Covid conditions and our hew homes listed status. She was always there to offer advice and support along the way, even when we were more frustrated with the process due to delays.

We have moved several times over the years and have used many conveyancing services. This was our best experience so far! Bethan was very friendly, easily-contactable by email throughout, replied promptly and, importantly, gave us a very comprehensive review of our potential sale, clearly pointing out any potential issues and things to think about. All this despite the trying circumstances of the COVID virus lockdown.
