I felt the need to write this review as I just received an email from my solicitor Sana - yes- at 10pm !

I’m working late and long hours as I am a financial wealth adviser and I spoke to Sana last week about my situation. She quoted me costs and I gave it a few days to consider. I called back today and my call was answered immediately, she had no problem remembering who I was and I immediately felt valued by the time and attention I was given. I made a payment without delay and instructed her. This evening I received letters and advice from her already. Clearly she’s working over time but I appreciate her effort and commitment- brilliant service and would recommend her

I am not a client of this firm. I walked in on Friday last week and just had a few questions. Many law firms did not have the time to give to me and wanted payment up front but I only had two very basic questions before I even decided if I needed a solicitor. I came into the office and I met a woman called Sana Ahmed. She told me they have a consultation policy usually with a fixed charge but she could see I was stressed and worried. She told me to take a seat and take a moment. I was very upset because I only have two questions and I could not find any office to just help me. She let me ask her my questions Ana she gave me the answers and help I needed. It only took her 10 minutes but it meant everything to me. She was very helpful and genuine, a true good character. I took her details and I will definetly be going back to her as soon as I am ready to start the process in my case because she was the only one who bothered to give me just a few minutes of time when I needed it the most. This is a great firm with good ethics and workers with principles

I was not very happy with how my case was being deal with at the start but as soon as I raised a concern to say that I felt I wanted someone more senior to handle my case I was pleased that there was no fuss. I was contacted by Sana and she spoke to be for ages and sorted everything. Good firm and would recommend this solicitor

My case has been handled by Sana. She has joined the firm just recently and at first I was not sure if she was the right person for the job because she was new and I thought maybe it would be better for someone more settled and with the the firm for longer but Sana has been great. She filed my court application the same day I spoke to her and secured me legal aid. We had a hearing within 2 days and I got the orders I wanted. The case is ongoing but I can sit back and leave it in her hands because I know I can trust her fully. I would recommend Sana she is a great solicitor. But sometimes she is very busy wants doesn’t always take my calls but I guess when your good at your job everyone wants you so it’s hard to always find time. If she could take a few extra calls that would be great but she is realy good anyway
