Ref - SR00584190 - Sundeep sandhu is the worst solicitor to go too, he failed my sale, totally ignored it, and i lost the sale out causing me problems, i emailed him and phone him over 200 times, the estate agents (Arden ) had to do his work, failed to get name changed when he was told to do so in april 2025, he made the buyer wait nearly 6 months, eventually he pulled out of sale, i trusted this guy, as i gave him a lot of work over the years, sundeep sandhu had the cheek to call me and ask what is going on with sale, when the buyer clearly pulled out in aug, so 2 months later he is finally calling me, he will not call leasehold companies, you will have to do this yourself, he does not listen what the other solicitor is telling him to do, (which will cause problems in the sale transaction, i ve been with this guy for nealry 5 yrs, and my advice to you is go else where, all the solictors are the same price, sundeep in morris read is a one man band wagon team, with too much go on, sundeep sandhu will cause delays and lose of sale, or purchasing your property, you can call reception how much you want, sundeep will not get back to you, and the estate agents, or the buyers solicitor's, to anyone reading this believe, you will smash your tv against the wall becasue of sundeep sandhu and his 1 team member ravneet, they do not care, and DEAR sundeep when you read this, DO NOT PUT MY NAME UP, THE REF NO IS UP ON TOP, AND YOU KNOW WHO IT IS. AM JUST DOING MY JOB TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC FROM YOU.
Sundeep will not answer your calls, and emails he prioritise on favouritism, Sundeep made my sale of property go to waste, buyers stepped forward and he did not do the work, totally ignored it, I had to make all the phone calls and do chasing, his team cannot handle the work, they just want easy work, expect Sundeep and Ravneet to lose out buyers for your property, queries and questions from buyers will not he answered, Sundeep made my lose out 2 buyers, causing me to go back to square one, he will drag on the sale for months, causing buyers to eventually pull out of sale. Negative review

I highly recommend Sundeep Sandhu and his staff at Morris Read & Co. Wolverhampton. Sundeep is extremely professional, competent and capable. He dealt with the probate and the sale of my late mothers house in an efficient and timely fashion. He is very knowledgeable and gave us good and useful advice. He is hardworking and dependable and I would recommend him to anyone.

Service was brilliant, staff and sundeep are very polite and quick no trouble with them and they get the job done quickly I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a solicitor

Exceptionally good always let us know what the state of affairs were
Did probate well even though there were problems which he had to chase vigorously
Excellent price which we agreed upon to do the work.
