The first meeting with Justin Moss was fantastic, big promises were made. From there on, a junior solicitor took over and things went downhill. There was no strategy, no time keeping, documents were not filed to court and the whole thing was so shambolic that I had to change firms. MossFallon were extortionally expensive - they charge for every second of their time and at the same time they call you and engage in small talk which costs you a lot of money. Terrible firm.

If anonymous would like to get in touch with us we would welcome the opportunity to discuss his complaint and see what can be done to address it. If anonymous is still not satisfied after his complaint has been investigated the issue can be referred to the legal Ombudsman for independent and objective review. If anonymous chooses to stay anonymous, nothing can be done to put things right.
