I needed them to update some documents that I held with this solicitor, so I email my contact and got on auto reply back saying she only worked part-time so please bear with her.
Two weeks later, realizing I'd not had a response, I emailed her again and also copied in "Reception" who replied saying that that solicitor hadn't worked there for over 18 months
Reception then came back to me saying I can make an appointment to see the replacements solicitor , I gave them various dates & time options and that was the last I ever heard from them - a month later & still no response . And me an existing customer!!
What a completely useless firm of solicitors.
I've now taken all of my business elsewhere

No one could get hold of them. That's us our solicitor. The solicitor and client above us and even the client couldnt get hold of them.. 8 months to sort out a simple house.. in the end the chain collapsed due to them.. untold stress and definitely would not reccomend

The whole team at Motley were brilliant , thought what they charged for buying an apartment was very reasonable and would use them again!

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication thus far. My partner and I have probably spent more time chasing than they have on the job to date. Compared to previous solicitors we have used, this practice falls short of basic expectations when purchasing a property. I will not be recommending this firm to friends and family.
