This is by far the worse solicitor firm I dealt with, only interested in money, they dealt with my case for 4 months and in the end I had to deal with 3 different solicitor during this short period.

Solicitor don't seem to stick around for long enough, or it could be the firm policy to switch them around so the customer will be obliged to pay more money.

I've paid all my legal fees in advance, however I received a letter from MTA Store saying I have an outstanding bill needs to be paid ASAP!!

They kept my financial settlement in their bank account for over 6 weeks and no one contacted me about it, if I didn't find out this issue... I am sure they would've kept the money for even longer period.

The worse legal firm, stay away from them

Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about this firm. I had a friend who worked there pass on some paperwork to a colleague in order to obtain advice to see if the supporting evidence would be sufficient to prove innocence for a matter that involved a family member being accused of something they had not done and could not have done as they were in prison at the time of the offence, we were willing to pay whatever it cost to ensure we could get the 'best' representation, however we never heard anything back. My friend chased the solicitor on a few occasions before leaving MTA's employment, however was advised that it was being looked into and that we would receive a call or letter within the week.

The accused then got a warrant issued for their immediate arrest, and no thanks to MTA, we had to rely on a duty solicitor at the courts as we were given no time to instruct any other firm, whom I must say is much more competent, much more reliable and a whole barrel more trustworthy than those that make empty promises at MTA.

The matter was dismissed by the judge as the evidence proved to be sufficient and the CPS were able to confirm that the date in question for the offence had occurred on the date of release but before the actual time of release.

So would I recommend MTA? Not a chance. Have since had a few friends who have worked there and found better employment elsewhere after being sacked for no apparent reason other than office bullies that made it their life's work to treat people like muck, tell me how the firm breaks a number of laws by having a cold calling claims company working a few desks down from the legally unqualified members of MTA work on actual cases before a solicitor takes over when a settlement is in sight.

I have now taken necessary steps to ensure no one falls for the empty lies and promises. This is a company out to make the rich richer, the poor poorer, and to pull the wool over the eyes of those who don't know any better.

p.s I once considered working for this firm whilst my friend worked there, but since they left they have told me everything in the firm is a joke and how one member of staff is so full of poison that many people including my friend left weeks within this person starting work at the firm. I think this person whoever she is needs to remember that because of you my friend battled depression and nearly became homeless before fate opened a and that karma is a bitch! venomous creature you are Jane or Janet whatever the eff you're called. Bet it was you who nearly got my cousin locked up by stopping the solicitor from helping him. vile woman who likes to push people to the edge, she needs the sack not the others

I would just like to thank you for all your time, efficiency and competence in dealing with my injury claim. The whole process was remarkably professional, pain free and quick with an extremely good result.
