Having an absolute nightmare with My Law Matters in Wolverhampton. Their portal does not work, they lose post. We instructed them over three weeks ago and have achieved nothing. We haven't even been passed to a solicitor.

The agent you spoke to on the phone just had to double check with the post team that we had received your package.
