Very poor service has led to me needing to chase Napthens several times per day to request some form of update and action from them. The whole process has been managed with a complete lack of urgency or consideration for the situation I am now in given Napthens apparant lack of appreciation of the impact of timelines. The feeling I have is that the people dealing with our file are aware they will be paid regardless of whether or not we complete, and therefore couldn't care less about the personal impact.
