Slightly cheaper than other conveyancors but the deciding factor was the outstanding personal service by this company - cannot fault it and have now used time and time again for sale and purchase. I would highly recommend them if you want a personal service and not to be just a case number

Previously I have always had a bad experience with solicitors up until now! What a refreshing change, Angela came recommended and was very thorough and had the patience of a saint, with what was the longest conveyancing I have ever had due to complications in the chain. Angela was there to help and support throughout and went above and beyond! I have certainly found my solicitor for life!! Highly recommend A****** service. Thank you for making the process enjoyable!

Having bought and sold property for a number of years I always use Angela at NB Law. She is professional, polite and above all, gets the job done...she is thorough and prompt -she does her job exeptionally well. I can highly recommend NB LAW - much beter than using a large inpersonal conveyancing firm who never get back to you.

Nick has proved to be persistent and thorough with our house sale. This is the 2nd time we have used his services. Not your usual 9-5 solicitor even rang us at 7.30pm to update date us as our sale was particularly slow and frustrating due to the purchasers solicitor being obstructive and in no rush to complete our sale. Highly recommended !

Totally opposite to my experience where for months Nick has been unable or unwilling to return a phone call or email, for a simple house purchase. I cannot even get an update to where we are currently, also assured I would get a response by the lady who answered the phone whilst Nick was with another client. Customer care seems non existent.

We would highly recommend Nick Brown, at NB Law, our move has been difficult to say the least and Nick has gone that extra mile to ensure our completion went through yesterday. He even worked evenings and weekends, on our sale/purchse, not like some solicitors/ conveyancers , oh its 17.00 lets go home. We have witnessed from our recent experience how some of the larger companies work and all we can say is, we were glad Nick Brown was our solicitor and not them.
We cannot praise him enough. Small local businesses like NB Law deserve to be supported. How does the saying go Buyer Beware, well when you instruct a solicitor/conveyancer you are buying a service so think very carefully before instructing. We choose the best. Bev & Vern

Nick was a good price and very fast service, we went from offer agreed to exchange and completion in 10 days, we were buying an empty property and speed and price were my top priorities. Very happy with Nick, I will use again.

NB Law (Tattershall) gave my husband and I exceptional service. Nick Brown came highly recommended to us and after getting 3 quotes (his being the most competitive) we used him to buy our first home together.
We found Nick approachable, professional and a generally nice guy. Nick kept us updated every step of the way in these very uncertain and worrying time’s. We can’t thank him enough for the very quick and professional service, from the start to completion. We would definitely recommend him very highly and would most definitely use him again.

We had a fantastic experience with NB Law. As first time buyers, Nick Brown was very helpful and communicative throughout the process and on hand throughout our move day to handle any issues that came up speedily. Very happy with the clear and professional service we received.

We have used NB Law three times and certainly wouldn't be living in our dream house today if it hadn't been for Nick's hard work and dedication. Nick handled our previous purchase and sale quickly and efficiently, but it wasn't until our next purchase that we realised just what a brilliant solicitor he actually is.
Nick went above and beyond the call of duty with an extremely complicated situation and we were amazed by his wealth of knowledge in all areas, from flying freeholds to chancel repairs and unusual legal agreements. He always answered our e-mails immediately, even in the evenings or over weekends and we really can't recommend NB Law highly enough.

N B Law have been our family solicitors for many years. They have represented us many times selling both business and private properties. We rate this company very highly and all communications, re the sales, were speedily dealt with and in a pleasant manner. There were no hidden extras in the price, so we knew exactly what the cost was going to be. We have complete confidence in everything they have done for us and we would never use anyone else. Selling businesses or properties is always very stressful, but NB Law, and Nick Brown especially, have always put every effort in to make us feel confident and comfortable with the sale. On our recent sale the purchasers solicitors were totally inefficient, with long delays and mistakes being made throughout the sale. It frustrated the buyer so much that we thought we might lose the sale, we consider that only Nick Browns efficiency saved the day. We give them a 5 star rating and we would give them more if possible

I have used Nick Brown @ NB Law three times now, twice with commercial deals and once with a private house. What a refreshing layer. Very knowledgeable, up to speed but unbelievably competitively priced. Even gave me advice about a private court case that I was pursuing against a debt and did not charge me. First sale was a business plus lease, which was complicated as a house was used as a deposit. Very competitive. Second time the sale of multiple business sites, a building transfer of a lease to Sports Direct's London business Lawers, completed in two weeks, even came to my house late Friday night to collect final signatures so that the sale went on the Monday. Again my costs were not expensive despite his company working hard for the two week completion.
Finally, just used him to sell a house, fantastic again, someone you could speak to.Despite WH Browns in house solicitors handling the buyers side, whom were a nightmare, did not care about times, just cared about charging their client extra charges for every phone, breath etc. NB Law ended up advising their team how to proceed with armed forces convenent etc. Again NB Law team worked flawlessly, and did not rip us off. In fact their costs were a third of W H Browns in house lawers, on a sale of an empty property.
I would highly recommend NB Law, they have not got a large web presence as they are busy with personal recommendations and return trade. A refreshing gem in the legal profession!

For first time buyers we couldn't have picked a more shabby solicitor than Nick from NB Law. Nick made the process very difficult from the beginning and only added to the stress. NB law is cheap but certainly not worth the money and we wont be using them ever again!! Not only was the process slowed down by Nick due to his poor time keeping and admin, but even on the day we were due to move in to our new property he didn't bother to contact us to inform us the sale had gone through at 10am. It was only at 12pm when the vendors messaged me to let me know. He was so unhelpful throughout the entire process and barely communicated with us. When we rang him to chase him up he was rude and arrogant. To top it off we are 9 months on since we moved into our new property and we still haven't recieved our land registry.

Superb service from Angela Ingall, with a house sale which turned into a protracted, agonising nine-month saga.
There were a number of solicitors/conveyancers involved at a number of points. We were lucky that Angela was one of them. She was the one who chased things down, kept things moving along and kept us informed at all key stages. Utterly professional and dedicated. if I could have paid to her the fees that we had to pay the estate agents instead of paying them, I would gladly have done so, because they were useless, and did nothing to close the deal. Everything that made the sale happen was done by Angela. £400. Incredible value.
Will and probate

This organisation should be avoided at all costs. Nick Brown was holding a Will that I was named in as executor. When I was required to be in possesion of the will I called Nick Brown who advised me that I should write to him for it to be released which I did the same day. The Will was not sent - I ended up phoning Nick Brown multiple times over approx a four week period [and I also sent a follow up e mail to which he did not reply]. I spoke with him again on Saturday 4th May when he said he would send the documents. Nothing arrived and I called him again on Friday 10th May and asked him to confirm exactly when he would post it - he stated that it would be sent recorded delivery on Friday 10th or Monday 13th. Nothing was sent on Friday 10th, I e mailed him at 13.42 on Monday 13th - no reply was received by approx 16.30 so I called again and it was clear that there was no plan to post the documents that day either. One of his staff called me back after this phone call to check my address and it was eventually sent. The document had a letter attached asking me acknowledge safe receipt. Nick Browns phone manner is disgusting - he was found to be extremely rude and blunt by both myself and family members that had called him during this period.
