Neil was recommended by a business contact, who's niece had successfully used Neil for an employment case, as well as knowing Neil for many years in a professional capacity.
Outlined colleague & my options after consultation, gave assessment of our chances, his costs win or loose and our likely financial settlement. Kept us posted quickly & simply at every stage, including costs, so no nasty shocks! Confirming we were happy to go to next stage. Neil proceeded immediately after each deadline given to our ex employer. Case was settled prior to Tribunial hearing.
We have recommended him to colleagues similarly treated by our ex employer.

From the beginning, Neil Coombes acted professionally with my case. After the initial process of consultation, he was clear how we were going to proceed. Neil Coombes was always very informative at every stage. Communication was excellent and his rapid response to queries was very much appreciated.
I have already recommended his service to a colleague of mine. Obviously, I would contact him again if I need legal advise in the future.
PS: My case was successful and he won it, as expected.

Neil was extremely helpful to me. He gave me advise I'd not really thought about.

Neil's advise gave me an invaluable insight into the situation. Without his guidance I think I would have been taken advantage of by my employer.

May I also add, Neil didn't get paid any money for his advise.

Highly recommended.

Really bad communication when trying to take a case to court back in June after unfairly losing my job, acted like they could help me at first then they don’t even call you back or return messages! Have recently tried again and phone either cuts off or is on answer machine! Terrible!
