I was pleasantly surprised with the care and courtesy I experienced whilst a client of NW Law. They explained what was going on without all of the usually overpowering legal nonsense and kept me informed all of the way. I had previously used one of the (now know the are dodgy) claims management companies who charged me a fee to "administer" my claim! yeah thanks Esther you didn't mention that in the adverts. They made me feel like a person and not a number, so thank you NW Law you deserve this review. Well done!
