Don't do it! Find a proper law firm. How are these guys allowed to practice law?
Strange how they have only 1 and 5 star reviews. Have a proper read of the 5 star reviews. Legit? Of course they are????????????

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They are an appalling solicitors. I have had a case with them since February 2020. I have spoken with my assigned solicitor, maybe 3 times. She never returns my calls or emails. When I have spoken with her, she clearly cannot be bothered with my case and makes no effort at all to progress it. Nearly 2 years on, I have had no update for a year, even after numerous calls and emails. It’s shocking to me that this firm is even in business if this is how it treats its customers.
I even sent a email of complaint to the Senior partner asking to simply be answered by my solicitor, or passed to another who would have the time to speak to me more then once a year. Unsurprisingly enough, I never got a reply from him either.
The service, if you can even call it that, is nonexistent. Don’t waste your time going with this firm. I am appalled by their lack of service and care.

I have found OH Parsons very professional and very helpful. I have never ask them about the case updates as they send me an email every week even when there is no update from the opposite side. A big Thank you to the team.
