Very disappointing. During the passing of a family members the firm provided very poor communications and updates back to the family. Multiple calls and e-mails went unanswered and the inability of this firm to provide timely updates ( almost a year since the passing and still awaiting closure) makes the pain and suffering of the event last even longer. All information asked for by the firm was provided in a timely and accurate manner, but the lack of updates and effort put into by this firm was very disappointing. I would strongly not recommend this firm to anyone, no personal connection during a very upsetting lifetime event, just feels like 'another file'
