Communication, in every sense, was appalling. Asked to compose a Will, I was first presented with an unbelievably incomprehensible text; it would have made Dickens shudder. Instead of communicating important documents for me to read by email, they were sent by low cost post. To ITALY. I could have drawn this Will up by myself. There is nothing in it that goes in any way to protect, legally naturally, my assets. They are all completely exposed to IHT. I will be drawing up another Will by someone who understands something about Trusts. The amount they charged is probably average, though with a threat thrown in that if I asked many more questions the charge would increase. My recommendation to anyone would be to not go near this firm.
