Use at your peril. Terrible service in every aspect. Emails and questions not answered. Conned out of money. Physcology report ignored. Child’s wishes ignored. Solicitor Layla, all about herself, no empathy

Very Poor customer service from PCB.
Such a stressful/Upsetting time for our family for them to completely misdirect us, delay and ignore us.
My complaint meant nothing to PCB as they never responded.
Very sad to think that you put trust into a solicitor who are meant to help you in a professional way when they fail to do so.
Would not recommend.

I employed the services of PCB/Shrewsbury to carry out a transfer of ownership on a property I co-own. They were very slow and needed constant follow ups. After 8 weeks asked them for an update, and they said they hadn't contacted the other party's solicitor yet, and asked me to do so! I complained to them about this and their general lethargy. This prompted a response form a director/partner saying she would be terminating their services with immediate effect. I guess she didn't like being criticised as the complaint was expressed rationally and professionally. She did say she would forward signed documents to my next solicitor...but she did not. She was rude, irrational, and completely out of tune with customers. They show complete inability to adhere to time frames. Never use them they are completely unreliable.
